No project is too big or too small. We provide services for all commercial and residential customers. We are very passionate about trees. We enjoy making customers happy and helping the trees thrive. Tyler came out for the estimate at the time we agreed. Chris came out and applied fungicide at the agreed time. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Then came the tree trimming. Three guys came and worked most of the day. They asked questions and explained their work and cleaned up nicely. A great experience

I called A cut above tree preservation when I discovered a tree that had fallen at my mothers house. Tyler came out and had a written quote sent to me within a day of calling him. Although they weren't able to schedule my tree removal for a few days, I received a call the next day Saying they had finished a job early and could come out that day! The workers that came were fast and efficient, they even helped my neighbor load his trailer with some wood he was taking. This is an example of great customer service! Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we dont' have a standard pricing. It all depends on the type of tree, condition, size etc.. We offer free estimates for that reason.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We travel to our customers, advise them on the care needed for the longevity of their trees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our estimators are certified arborists. We are OSHA compliant. We review all safety regulations with all of our staff on a monthly basis.
