Concrete & Landscape
About this pro
I had a mixed experience with this company. My project consisted of excavating for a basement walkout, cutting out a doorway from an existing window, forming and pouring 12 stairs and about 1100 square feet for an RV pad. They sold me on using them by saying they'd do the concrete flat work, basement walkout, and epoxy my garage floor for a reasonable price. It was similar in price to other companies, but the garage floor pitch sold me. I wish I would have used another company. Edges of the flatwork are uneven, the monolith wasn't well formed so it's very uneven at the bottom and sides, and the stairs were a disaster. I've included pictures from that job. There was a crew of at least 5 guys working when they poured the stairs and the 2nd half of the RV pad, but I guess it wasn't enough because you can tell the stairs were rushed when the mix was too dry. One guy was in charge of the stairs during the pour that was supposedly the "stair guy". Edges flaked off by just touching them. Some stair treads were level, others had a steep slope to them. The edge of the face of most stairs was horrible, with exposed gravel. The few that were attempted to be fixed you can tell were just wetted and spread, making the concrete very brittle and discolored. A previous home I owned had stairs that were 50 years old that looked better than these brand new stairs. To their credit, they owned up to the mistake and spent 3 days chipping out the entire stair pour. However, I now have divots out of my brand new RV pad from them throwing the chipped stair pieces out of the stair well onto it. I did not pay them the remainder of what I owed them since I now have to find another company to come reform and pour the stairs. Overall, it took way longer than expected to get the project done, and it wasn't because they were attentive to detail. I was referring neighbors to them at the start of the project because they seemed to be good, but I'd steer anyone away from them now that I've seen the finished product. If you want attention to detail in your project, don't use these guys. Sorry.Jul 3, 2018Verified

Maui and his crew did an amazing job on my patios. They were prompt and easy to work with! Highly recommended for any cement work! Thanks, MauiApr 14, 2017Verified
They were very quick on response and very professional, Maui came out and give me a quote on Monday and were there the next day(Tuesday) forming the pad. Pored concrete on Wednesday and they did a great job. Will recommend T&M Concrete to my friend for there concrete needs.Apr 11, 2017Verified
