- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, so I provide customized bids based on the specific scope of work. However, I do have a minimum service charge of $400. To ensure the best value, I recommend bundling any needed repairs into one visit whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to new inquiries as promptly as possible to gather all the necessary details about the project. Once I have a clear understanding of the work needed, I’ll provide a detailed bid and schedule the job at a time that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly five and a half years of hands-on experience in drywall repair and texturing. I am also properly licensed to perform this work. My training includes both residential and commercial environments, giving me a well-rounded skill set to handle a wide variety of drywall issues.
