- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with any new clients on the phone as soon as Thumbtack notifies me so that we can begin an open and clear channel of communication. A first call entails asking my client about the documents they need assistance with, how many notarizations, how many signers will be present, as well as the location, time and date of when they would like to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the NNA (National Notary Association) as well as hold a LSS (Loan Signing System) certification. I have accomplished will over two thousand loan closings, purchases, HELOC's, Reverse Mortgages, and specialty notary work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
