Jaxson Did an amazing job fixing my furnace when my heat went out a couple nights ago. He came on time, was very professional and friendly, resolve my issue quickly, gave me great advice and even went the extra mile and helped me install a new thermostat. I highly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Jaxon was responsive, arrived on time, and fixed my furnace quickly. He walked me through each step as he worked and even gave me tips on how to take care of my furnace (and AC), hopefully saving me from some headaches down the road. These guys know their stuff and I can't recommend highly enough!I had an incredibly difficult problem with my furnace that actually went unsolved by several other companies until I was referred to Total Air Control. Jaxon and his team worked diligently to correct the issue and ultimately got us sorted and ready for the upcoming winter. We're happy to have heat again and I now know who to call for any HVAC issues that come up. Will be using them for everything moving forward.

This is the only company you should call. Jaxon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My furnace blower motor went out and he did everything I needed to fix it and all this happened on Christmas Eve. He even offered to come over on Christmas to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would recommend him every time. He is professional and will do a great job for you. Give him a call.

Jaxon did a thorough job servicing my furnace and plainly explained the issues he found. He even went the extra mile by making sure Dominion Energy was taking care of issues with my gas service. He cared about getting the job done right!
