So glad someone referred us to Jaxson.Our AC was not cooling and it got up to 88 in the house.i have 3 little kids it was just to hot in the house unbearable.so we called someone from a nother company and he said we will be here between 4 and 6 but never showed up he new that I have kids in the house and that it just gets to hot but I guess he didn't care. so we decided to give Jaxson a call at 6 30 and I mean if course he still had a lot of customers to take care of but told us he will be here first thing in the morning and so he did a little after 7 he was here. He figured out the problem and fixed it fast. He also took.the time to explain how to run the AC to save money.i can tell you the best deal we could of gotten for sure.this is one awesome guy I will only use him from now on and refer everyone that has a probably with AC or heating to him. Thanks so much for helping out that fast.

Jackson is not the stand up guy he would claim. He stood my mom up on a time he scheduled a repair, and then bent the fan on her condenser. He also claimed the whole condenser needed to be moved which after getting a second opinion it did not. He offered to fix the fan but that we would have to pay for one through him. It is my opinion that this was all in an attempt to get the warranty company to have to pay him more. We checked with another HVAC company who came and looked at the job who all said nothing needed to be moved. We are going through the motions of filing with the BBB. Please do not use this company if you prefer honest, reliable service. He treated my mom very poorly.

Huge conflict of interest here... your warranty company denied any repairs you tried to pursue due to where your AC is located. Giving a bad review to the middle man is unfair. All of this over your bent fan blade which I offered you to buy at my cost on my account. Also your review is a lie, you didn’t have 2 companies out to your house over a $20 fan blade. Your AC sits between 2 buildings with no overhead clearance which causes no ability to transfer heat.

Over all I would not recommend. Had two experiences with Jaxon, the first was ok. Not the best or worse, however the second one in my opinion painful. His second "full inspection" was next to nothing and was at my home for a matter of minutes. Then got defensive when I asked question about his inspection and what he found. Found out later it was because he did not do a full inspection. In the end it was a very simple and not expensive repair to get the system running again. Jaxon had recommended a total replacement of the system but it did not need it at that time. Likewise the home warranty would not cover it because what he said. The interesting part is the home warranty would not have covered the repair either since it was was so small, and not a system failure. Also when speaking with the home warranty company weird answers about his inspection and what he found. Which started me looking into it deeper and finding out more information.

Not exactly too sure what you’re talking about Carl Ownes? You have stated no facts. If you were denied it was due to negligence / damaged / pre existing condition. You have a contract with your warranty company. Maybe you should take this up with them instead of slandering me and my company. I never lied to you or anyone that would be committing insurance fraud. I highly suggest you remove this slanderous review , I do not take slander lightly. I will contact my attorney.

Overall great experience with Jaxon from the day he came to provide the initial assessment until he finished the job. We wanted clean, humidified air due to horrible allergies, to upgrade our 18-year old furnace, and get better, more efficient cooling. He recommended the complete opposite upgrade of what a major local HVAC company was trying to sell- an expensive product that wouldnt meet our needs and enticing us with attractive rebates. Jaxon recommended mini-split systems in 2 upstairs bedrooms and would not to replace our 7 year-old air conditioner. Those things are mini-beasts, its only been 5 nights but Im more than impressed with them so far, great investment and great cooling. We also went with a new furnace, humidifier, and REME Halo. I can already tell a difference in the home air quality with the higher humidity and purified air, the test will be next winter. Jaxon runs the show himself- from sales to install he does it all with a small team. Ours was a big project, so it took a bit longer than expected, but he was always prompt, responding to all calls/texts/emails quickly providing explanations and help on the work. I highly recommend Jaxon and would hire him again.
