I like working with Jaunett. I have hired her to do the things that I do not feel confident doing, and she is giving me space to do some of the book keeping that I can do. I don't use her many hours a month, and that works fine for my business. She's easy to communicate with and helped me feel confident in the way I set up my books.

My work is accurate and done quickly. My hourly rates reflect my efficiency in time management.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial consultation that's usually free. At that time I can provide an accurate cost to my client. The consultation can be done in person or on the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in business administration. I have passed the EA exam, given by the IRS. This exam covers business and personal tax law as well as representation before the IRS. I am also a QuickBooks pro-advisor for both desktop and online products.
