- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies. I quote depending on the project. I’m willing to give discounts on returning clients and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or video chat so I can understand their needs. Recap follow up email. Work on their project. I like to send a draft when I’m about to wrap it up, so they can verify that that’s what they wanted and them finalizing it.

Bachelors in Accounting. Training on QBO, QBD, Oracle fusion, Odoo
