- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is a free, itemized estimate based on your specific yard and product selection, not a flat rate. There are no hidden fees added after the fact. If you’re pursuing Utah’s water rebate program, we can structure the estimate to support that application.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about the space and how it will be used. From there we do a site assessment and put together a quote broken out by area (main yard, park strip, any hardscape add-ons like pavers, rock, or fire features). Once approved, we schedule the install with a dedicated crew and finish with a walkthrough to confirm everything meets spec.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field lead has over a decade of direct, hands-on turf installation experience. On the business side, our systems, estimating process, and customer documentation are built by someone with a background in software engineering and business operations, which shows up in how organized and transparent our process is compared to smaller outfits.
