I usually charge by the sq.foot on most projects,but there are acceptions sometimes.

I always like to go over all the details with the homeowner, making sure we have covered everything from front to back, from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years on the job should tell a prospective homeowner that I know what I'm talking about when it comes to remodeling, new construction, additions, etc.
