Jonathan was great to work with. He did what he said he would. Concrete not his strongest suit. I would recommend him for landscaping though.

Jonathan is personable and competent. Along with some smaller jobs, he removed the grass from our parking strip and was efficient, thorough, and left the area clean. We had some miscommunication about the time of the job which complicated my schedule that day, though I would hire Jonathan again as the miscommunication issues were circumstantial. I will recommend him to my neighbors/friends looking for landscaping help. Thanks, Jonathan!

Jonathan said he would be here on Wednesday. I call him Wednesday night and he said he would be there on Friday. We hired him to get rid of our weeds and lay weed blocker fabric down, spray with weed killer and put down rock. He weed whacked the weeds then he loaded a wheelbarrow of rock and was going to dump it on the area he had weed whacked. I stopped him and ask him if he had put down the fabric and if he had sprayed the weed killer, but I know he hadn't spray anything. He said for the price I was paying him, didn't include the fabric but that he had already spray. The fabric would cost me $70.00 more. My quote included everything, it's just I had talk him down on his quote the day he gave me the quote. I told him I wanted the fabric. He left and went and got fabric to put down. After he laid down the fabric and put down the rock, he got the weed killer and sprayed. When he cleaned up he I ask him if he was going to take the weeds he had cut down. He said he would. He took probably 3/4 of them, but there was a small pile he left. I couldn't get back to see where the weeds were, because I'm in a wheelchair. My daughter had to pick up the weeds that was left. The rest of the job looked great when he was done. He was a hard worker when he's here, but I feel if you don't watch him, he cuts corners.
