- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 20% discount for all first time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a manuscript, I send a Google form first to make sure we are on the same page on author preferences as well as any other information I may need to know. After that, I receive the manuscript either as a Word doc or a Google Doc and I use track changes or Suggestions to edit the document.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
