Our HOA has used Fine for two exterior remodel projects recently. From the bid process to starting the job on time, to the quality of work and completion , timely and on budget, Fine was excellent. We got expert advice on materials and guidance on key decisions during the project. Also, follow up on punch list items was prompt and complete.
