I have said it before and I stand by my experience working with Rod– If you want an agent with the heart of a teacher rather than a salesman, Rod is your guy.
As a first time home buyer I had many concerns about the purchasing process. Rod was always super helpful. He answered every question and was always making sure my wife and I felt confortable every step of the way.
Rod was super attentive at all times. He was making sure we understood every email and document from the builder, the lender, and everyone involved. He understands how the market works. He is experienced and very knowledgeable.
Our needs throughout the process were definitely a high priority to him. He will make sure you feel as if you were his only client.

Rod knew of our situation and our chances were limited as far as obtaining a conventional loan, but he found a way to help us and within days he let us know of an opportunity, he acted very fast and thanks to his knowledge we were able to get into a home of our own. We are very greatful for his fast responsivenes and determination. Other agents will walk away if you are not the ideal buyer, but Rod will exhaust all possibilities and really do his very best to help you buy home. We can't say enough about him, he even negotiated for us to keep some furniture and appliances that weren't initially included in the home.
