Introduction: I push myself with every project and with every shot to exceed the standard videographer's "mediocracy." What's the thing that sets my work apart from others? It's my ability to push myself beyond "standard" and create authentic, powerful videos by simply hitting the pavement and working hard. Professionals need to deeply believe in a project in order to make the sacrifices to create something extra-ordinary. Be careful hiring someone that might label you as just another client, hire someone who deeply believes in the importance in the art they will be creating for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Two of the biggest advantages in choosing Howie Burbidge Films is: 1) I'm in Film School at BYU. This means I'm actually studying this profession and being taught by some of the best in the world - rather than just being one of those guys that is "teaching myself". 2) Because I'm still in film school, I cost a fraction of fellow professionals. Recap: I can do everything that anyone else can do - at a fraction of the cost.
