Dane & his staff made my whole bankruptcy process easy and worry-free. It was a stressful, difficult time for me, and it was wonderful to have a professional who knows all the "ins and outs" so that I had less to worry about. Other than my having to gather my financial information together to provide to Dane's office, I really had nothing to do! Schedule an initial free consultation. Call us. Your case is important, you deserve a full and detailed consultation with an attorney, not a sales person. I will give you an hour. I will take time to understand your situation and explain the relevant law and how it applies to your facts and circumstances. I will help you develop a game plan and explain how we can implement that plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law degree from a well regarded program and 20 years of experience. I have substantial experience in debt collection so I understand what the "other" side is thinking and doing.
