FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no high-pressure sales tactics. I’m an owner-operated HVAC company, so you’re not paying for a big sales team, huge overhead, or commission-driven upsells. I focus on giving customers high-quality installation and repair work at a fair price. Pricing depends on the type of system, size of the home, accessibility, equipment options, and whether any electrical, ductwork, gas line, or refrigerant line work is needed. I’m always happy to explain the options clearly so you understand what you’re paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by asking a few questions about the issue, the home, and what the customer is hoping to accomplish. From there, I can either give a general idea over the phone or schedule a time to come take a look in person. Once I’m there, I inspect the system, explain what I’m seeing, and go over the best options without pressuring the customer. If it’s a repair, I’ll explain what failed and what it takes to fix it. If it’s a replacement, I’ll walk through equipment options, efficiency, rebates if available, and what the full installation would include. My goal is to make the process simple, clear, and comfortable from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience working on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, gas lines, and full system replacements. I’m licensed and insured, and I’ve worked on everything from basic residential repairs to complete high-efficiency system installations. A lot of my training has come from real field experience: diagnosing systems, installing equipment correctly, solving airflow issues, setting up dual-fuel systems, and making sure equipment is matched, charged, and commissioned properly.
