We believe in straightforward pricing and clear communication. Many projects can be estimated over the phone or through photos, while larger projects may require an on-site assessment. We focus on doing the work right, safely, and completed to code. Review after review mentions fair pricing and customers often saying they wish they had called ECU first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project through a call, message, or photos. From there, we’ll provide pricing options or schedule an on-site visit if needed. Once approved, we schedule the work, communicate clearly throughout the project, and complete the work professionally. Our customer portal makes scheduling, reminders, communication, approvals, and payment simple and convenient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed electricians with hands-on experience across residential and commercial electrical work, including panel upgrades, troubleshooting, EV chargers, tenant buildouts, lighting, and equipment installations.
