- Altiorem Legal Services (Phillip) - I was desperately trying to find legal help to comply with a deadline on an Appeal. I was wary because I had been pouring money into Attorney fees, but my case is very complex. I was being financially drained. I was overwhelmed and losing sleep, for years. It is daunting for a person with my background to navigate the legal system. A last ditch effort looking for help, I put out a bunch of interrogatories on the websites for a Paralegal. Later, the phone rang and luckily i was able to answer, among so many Spam calls. But It was PHILLIP. Of course I was skeptical - but after our conversation on the phone, I crossed my fingers and took a chance to go for it with him. HE SAVED ME. Phillip produced the Motion to give us more time to comply with the schedule. I don't know what will happen in the future in my case but I slept that night. I asked him to help with my Appeal as we continue on this Case. Phillip, Thank you !!

So far, so good! I served my ex-wife for Custody and Child Support adjustments, and amazingly, she is already ready to try to negotiate a settlement agreement outside of court. Not that this is over yet, but the retainer for a lawyer would have been $2,000 more than I already paid to be at a point of negotiations, which I hope will prove fruitful. She has no resources to contend with the lawsuit, and I am willing to be fair. I am sure this is going to go as smoothly as it can be anytime you go the lawyer route. Phillip and his team are 1st class pros for making this happen.

We offer the best, lowest price possible for legal services for our clients. We typically charge $90.00 to $120.00 per hour, whereas an attorney typically charges anywhere from approximately $240.00 to $500.00 per hour for similar work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the case, we send the client our Paralegal Services Agreement to sign, we send the client a retainer invoice, and once everything is signed and paid, we get started on the work immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paralegal Studies degree. 4.0 GPA. Paralegal experience since 2016 in many different areas of law.
