I’ve had first choice work on my house a few times and my moms too. They are an amazing company that has done great work. They are always on time, and have been able to get me on their work schedule very quickly. When my moms AC was out and it was over 100° they came and had it completely replaced before we could even get someone else to look at it. They explained our options and the benefits of different units clearly and made it so easy to choose what was going to be best for us. Every time they have come to work on our hvac it’s just been a very easy and positive experience for me. Their work is so good and their employees are kind and patient and so good at what they are do. It is always a good experience to have them work on our house.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company. They showed up when they told me, fixed the issue that I had without trying to oversell me. The were great at explaining the issue in detail to help me understand what the problem was and they did it all at a very reasonable price. I would/will happily use these guys again.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started doing HVAC as a summer job while in college and eventually led to Rob and Tyson going on their own to create First Choice Heating & Air.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project that stands out was one we did for a family who couldn’t afford to get their furnace repaired and had been without heat a couple of winters. After finding out about them from a local food pantry that their son frequented we were able to go assess the situation. We decided to do a full system replacement at no charge so they wouldn’t have to constantly worry about their furnace going out and not being able to afford the repairs. The job took a couple of days but it was well worth seeing the family warm and happy.
