- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is for good quality work at an affordable rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For logo or website design I will send a questionnaire to help my customer really focus in on their brand and how we can best embody that brand in a website or logo. Once we have narrowed in on the style and feel as well as the target audience of their brand I will start working on the project! I make sure to keep constant contact with the customer throughout the project and take all of their feedback into account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my line of work you must constantly be keeping up to date with changing technology and styles. Because I love what I do it is easy to stay up to date by following many design blogs and also taking courses online through Udemy and Linda. I have taken multiple courses on using Adobe Creative Suite programs as well as Wordpress and other web builders.
