- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What I usually say is that price and quality are different things. We often want cheaper things, but if they don't have the quality, I bet the customer would like to have the quality more. Of course, we can negotiate a good price. This way, both parties will be satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your house to find out about your meeting needs so I can help you and better understand your work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this field for 18 years. I have the full capacity to do a great job.
