- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Call or Online Request We listen to your goals and set up a free on-site consultation. Site Visit & Design Talk We visit your property in St. George or surrounding areas, assess the space, and discuss design ideas. Detailed Estimate You receive a custom quote with pricing, materials, and timeline. We can also provide 2D/3D renderings if needed. Scheduling & Installation Once approved, we get you on the schedule and handle everything from start to finish. Final Walkthrough & Warranty We review the project with you and provide warranty information for both materials and workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained and certified in turf installation, pavers, concrete work, and drainage systems. We attend ongoing industry workshops and vendor training, and we’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Utah.
