Introduction: Global Property Management & Leasing, LLC provides in-depth and concise management services for commercial and residential dwellings. Residential properties include homes, apartments, duplexes, town homes, and condominiums. Commercial properties include office buildings, offices, warehouses, and self-storage units. Our management includes advertising properties, web-based marketing complete with photos, prospective tenant screening including credit and background checks, complete review of references, negotiation of new lease agreements, negotiation of renewed lease agreements, and termination agreements. We use new technology to collect rents and security deposits in a prompt, professional, and legal manner. We enforce policies and procedures established by law or set in the lease agreement. Upon executing a new lease agreement, we conduct a move-in inspection with the new tenant. When a tenant moves out, we provide an in-depth inspection of the property. We also provide regular periodic inspections of occupied property to assist our firm in proper care of the owner's asset.
