Chad was awesome! He was super thorough in making sure our door got replaced correctly by getting all the information he needed before he started the job. He’s extremely nice and got the job done quickly. We will be calling him for future jobs!

Chad was top notch in every way. Our deck is perfect and there isn’t anything that we would change even if we could. Chad’s communication and punctuality were all 100% perfect, which is rare when dealing with construction and home projects. Chad was amazing. He clearly set expectations for us on when the project would be done and how much it would cost. These days it's difficult to find a handyman/contractor that says what they'll do and then does what they say. Chad is a breath of fresh air and we already have more projects we're working on with him.

I've owned and upgraded my family's homes in 4 states across 40 years, during which I have hired contractors from time to time. Amongst them, Chad was perhaps the most satisfactory and would-use-him-again craftsmen I've ever known. He manages client expectations carefully to ensure better (and then some) value is received for cost of the job.
