We had glass accidentally get into the garbage disposal. Spencer responded quickly to get the needed information & was patient when I was a little slow to respond. He got me in right away for an appointment to come fix it. He explained the course of action he was going to take & the back up plan if that did not work. He got straight to work upon his arrival & fixed it faster than I expected! Will absolutely be saving his number & passing it on to All my neighbors.

I had an old outdoor hose that had rusted to the faucet and they gave me detailed estimates for the cost of repair depending on whether they’d have to replace the faucet or just get the hose off. It ended up being easier/quicker/cheaper than expected! Good communication and professional work.
