It was a good experience—I’m glad Spencer is honest and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge related to garbagedisposalrepair. He fixed the issue immediately and taught me how to take care of it on my own should I need to in the future. This could have been a situation where a repair person with less scruples could have fleeced me into a unit replacement instead of just the minor fix it turned out to be. I’d definitely recommend to others.

I had heavy build up of rust and lime around the connections of the pipes above my water heater and one of the connections had started leaking. Spencer quickly understood the problem (electrolysis) and gave me a quote to replace only the parts effected. It was refreshing to work with a contractor that focused on addressing my issue in the most straightforward way possible instead of trying to sell me addtional work I don't need. I will defintely call CT Plumbing again for any plumbing issues.
