Great company to work with. Our home me is over 100 years old located in Sugarhouse. They did a fantastic job helping us understand what issues we were having and how to economically deal with them. They installed a reverse osmosis machine, a dishwasher hooked up a gas stove, put an expansion tank on the hot water heater and installed a pressure valve. All very a very reasonable price. They were very professional, cleaned up after their work and were nice to speak with while they worked. Will definitely hire again.

Below this paragraph is my original 2 star review. However the Plummer made my day by sending me the video file for free. I think this company is honest and won't tell you something without following through with it. So all in all not smooth sailing, but glad to have the job done.
The people that work in the office are great, but I would not describe the Plummer as being friendly. Not mean or bad, just not friendly, so it doesn't really match the company name. There was miscommunication about the price. I had a sewer line scoped and I was told by the office it would be $99. The Plummer did a fine job. He arrived on time and was quick to do the job. The iPad he used to show the camera scope and to bill me was super slow to function. He also told me that because he had to go up on the roof to access the sewer line it would cost more. I told him I didn't know that. Kindly he did only charge me $99, because I had been quoted that price. However during our conversation he mentioned he could email me the video clip once he got home (because of problems with the ipad he could not do it on site). For two days I requested a copy of the recording and the office people told me they would request it from the plummer. Finally I am told that to receive a copy of the video it would cost $100 more to send that file to me. If they were more upfront about the costs, the Plummer was quicker to respond, and his iPad worked properly, then I would have given a better review.

They were very responsive and quick to set an appointment up, when there was an issue with me having a typo in my phone number, they quickly reached out and rescheduled my appointment.

Friendly Plumber was great. They did a very thorough check and gave me information I should know but didn't about my air conditioner. I also took advantage of a yearly program that will service all of my other needs for a very good price.
