Working with Lifespan was a seamless experience. The salesman, Jake, was professional and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the product and the company. The installers were trustworthy and so fast! The office crew (Matt & Jamie) communicated so well with us during the whole process. We love our BEAUTIFUL new shower! Happy with the install with Josh. The only downside is that our space wasn’t measured properly and some of the pieces where missing but Josh did a great job and everything turned out great

We had multiple companies come out. Two never even responded with bids. They gave us a bid on the spot and for what they provided we thought the price was worth it

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a free in-home estimate. After agreeing on a system, our product ships to us in around 4-6 weeks and we are able to install most projects in 1 - 2 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers are factory trained and background checked.
