Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are priced publicly, but some require more equipment or time, and some are simpler and require less. Thus, the pricing that's listed is general and can be adjusted as necessary. Typical delivery of the final files is in online galleries for proofing and download, but additional services such as flash drive, DVD, or physical album are available for additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free phone consultation to determine needs, style, and fit. Once these are determined, a final price is quoted. I take a $50 deposit to book most shoots. Following the shoot, I provide an easy online review process to determine the final selections. Once the images are selected by the client, they are post-processed and delivered in an online gallery for download. Additional services such as flash drive, DVD, or album are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a staff photographer for my college paper and yearbook. After that, I spent 15 years in Washington, DC, doing freelance portrait, promo, and event photography. During that time, I also worked at SiriusXM, capturing up-and-coming and well-known artists and musicians. Following my move to Salt Lake City, I ran the commercial fashion/apparel photo set at Overstock before moving on to more creative work.
