I am asked to give a review however, I believe this may be premature. I can however tell you the following thus far. He returned my original inquisition very quickly. He sounds very knowledgeable and professional. He has done everything he can to help our newly formed organization. We appreciate all of his dedication thus far. Our organization, Save The Grandstand Inc., has decided to hire this company to provide grant writing. I will be happy to make another review in the future.

I had my 1st coaching session with Adam and it was great. This was my first time doing 1-on-1 coaching and I didn't know what to expect. I had a very insightful conversation with Adam. Unlike the many other life coaches on this platform who have almost no life experiences, I could definitely pick up on the confidence in his voice during my conversation. I will definitely hire him for more sessions in the future.

Adam met my needs in every way regarding a translation project. He made helpful suggestions on how to struture the scope of the project. His flexibility in approach regarding deliverables and financial terms made it possible for me to pursue the project in the first place. Without Adam’s creativity in this regard I could not have afforded it.
This was a document filled with highly personal and very emotional content. He was a complete professional in approaching the work, never exceeding any boundary; he always and appropriately conveyed thoughtfulness and respect for the heartfelt nature of the content. I value and appreciated that very much.
Without question I would encourage anyone needing this type of service to work with Adam.

By far I have had a great experience with Adam. I had no idea on how to approach the business plan I need. He has worked diligently and seems to grasp my ideas in order to elaborate more in depth on my vision. Things are coming together very well!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate for consulting is $225, for coaching is $150 and for Japanese translation is $100/page or equivalent if a verbal assignment.
These prices are based on 3+ decades of hard-earned and valuable experience as a financial advisor, international business professional, and social impact entrepreneur working with start-ups, major corporations, and governments around the world.
I work efficiently and transparently with my clients in my best effort to ensure you get what you pay for, plus some.
I work hard to ensure my fees are fair and focused on maximizing VALUE for my clients but am open to adjusting fees for longer-term, reliable clients in a way that aligns our mutual needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introductory phone call to get to know each other and understand the scope of the project;
2. If helpful, I am happy to provide a sample of my work;
3. Agree to terms of the project over the phone or email;
4. I provide a consulting agreement for review and signing;
5. Client pays 50% of the expected cost up front as a retainer;
6. I get to work and keep client apprised of the status;
7. Project is concluded and sent to client for final review;
8. Invoice is generated and remaining balance is promptly paid to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in International Relations with a minor in Japanese. But more importantly I have had hours and hours of financial and business training as a licensed securities professional for nearly two decades.
I have also attended numerous industry events staying up to date on the latest business and financing trends and making connections with industry professionals and relevant connections.
