FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet in a customers home we provide a thorough analysis of the needs of the home with a total home heat load calculation. With a few questions we also discover needs of the customer which we then use to present possible solutions custom tailored to their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We carry the required RMGA certification for gas appliances. N.A.T.E. certification (North American Technician Excellence) equivalent to a Masters degree in HVAC. All required EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certifications for safe refrigeration handling.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A low price is always nice but your home heating and cooling system is a long term decision that will affect you for the next 15 years. When choosing a system and reviewing price, consider also the company and if they can continue to provide the services you need in the future. The most important day in a piece of equipment's life is the day it is installed. If it is installed wrong it could rob you of utility savings and even shorten the life expectancy of the equipment. A company with certified professionals can assure proper operation from day one.
