If you’re in the market for concrete work, look no further! I was skeptical of most contractors I received bids from until I met Siua, and I’m glad we worked with him.
Siua runs his business like every professional should; he’s straightforward, honest, punctual, and delivers high quality work. I was truly impressed by his skill, eye for detail and above all his craftsmanship. He is also very kind and friendly and will go the “extra mile” to make sure the project is completed with 100% satisfaction. He is my go to guy for concrete and outdoor yard work from now on, full stop.

Guys. Siua is great!! Not only did he give me the lowest bid for my project (removing old concrete and rebuilding a backyard patio), he was the best! I've worked with a lot of contractors and while most of them are tardy and seem to nickel and dime you for everything, I had the opposite experience with Siua. He showed up when he said he would. He was prepared with all the necessary tools and materials to get started right away. He was kind, respectful and communicative. AND he did a few side projects — for free — while he was here. For example, I had a few patio chairs that needed some help. I asked Siua about them and the next thing I knew, he had picked up the necessary bolts and fixed them! AND when he had a little extra cement from the project, he suggested adding a much-needed step to my back door. Once again, he did it for free.
If you need any kind of cement work done, Siua is your guy.

Siua and his guys did a great job removingconcrete stairs for me. They worked until dark and then Siua came back in the morning to make sure it was finished and cleaned up to look beautifully. 5 stars for sure!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I meet the customer at project location to discuss project requirements, options and pricing.
If the customer hires my service, a contract is signed.
Project start date/time is arranged.
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required before the project begins. Remaining balance is due when job is successfully completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience doing residential concrete flat work, commercial concrete
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by helping out relatives doing concrete flat works right after High School. I eventually gained experience and managed concrete flat work jobs instead of helping.
I was employed and further trained by Q&D Construction in concrete flat works, foundations and bridge structures.
