Jason was our mediator for my divorce. The situation was very messy and there were many factors that were frustrating during the divorce process. When talking and complaining to Jason about my situation, he listened to me and provided sound advise on how to move forward with out creating an even bigger mess. He was very good at understanding my side of things while also considering the ex’s position and also bringing us back to main discussion. When the mediation began, Jason was excellent in jumping in when I needed help or when we were getting off track. It didn’t take very long for us to come to an agreement and I truly believe it was because of his patience and knowledge of our situation that helped us through our struggles. When my boyfriend was going through a custody battle with his ex wife, I didn’t hesitate to refer Jason to him. He was on the case immediately and even offered to do an informational session for free to ease our stress. Once we met, he clearly and quickly got us on a plan to move forward to mediate the situation. I would refer him to anyone who is undergoing any type of mediation. He is kind, respectful and truly wants to help all parties involved.

I’m very impress with Jason. He listen, stay neutral, propose solutions, he has his own judgment over situations and I think his quality of perception is great. He let people talk but still drive his session. We have done one long session with him when it sounded impossible to have a long session in our case. I do not know yet what the outcome will be but about the quality and character of the mediator I’m very impress. He know the case before entering on mediation and that is a good things to have.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide mediation throughout the US using Zoom conferencing. 1. Mediation Consultation Discuss the issues surrounding the dispute, how mediation can help reach a resolution, and determine whether or not mediation is the right approach for your situation. 2. Organizational Conference Discuss basic information about the mediation process, set mutual goals and expectations, determine what the parties want to accomplish through mediation, and mediation best practices. 3. Mediation Sessions The parties explain their positions in the dispute, discuss individual and collective interests, discuss possible solutions, negotiate options, confront potential problems or roadblocks in implementing solutions, and reach mutual decisions regarding resolution.
