- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies obviously from job to job service to service. and not one job Is the same it may be similar but not the same so that's why my prices are unique and fair better then other companies. I'm trying to get a customer and keep them and have them come back and refer me. That's why I am cheaper then others but I still do a professional job and better then all DUFFnITLY!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with new customers is easy I first start out with my name and let them know that I'm a Professional Contractor and I'm licensed bonded and insured . Next I ask and recommend they send me pictures of what they want done to narrow down pricing and other things to have them feel comfortable and want to hire me or keep me hired. And after the job is finished I guarantee that it will be done right with Customer Satisfaction!
