- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on size of equipment to be installed and the location (attics-crawlspaces normally cost more) of the equipment. We can replace most homes with a Single furnace and A/C unit for under and often significantly under $10,000. If you have a bid you're not comfortable with give us a call. We do it right the 1st time and are proud of the work we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-Contact the customer via phone and set up a time we can evaluate their current system. 2-Inspect the system and offer some options that may be right for the home and lifestyle of the customer. 3-Email a bid with the options the discussed. If the bid is accepted we schedule a tear out and install date. 4-New system gets installed and the home owner is shown all of the operational features of the new system. 5-Follow up 7-14 days to make sure the system is operating properly and answer any questions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a current Utah HVAC S-350 Contractors license as well as EPA 608 Type 1 and 2 certificate for refrigeration. Our Techs have over 30 years of hands on HVAC experience.
