Bryson came to the house and did such an amazing job. He went through our home and did a thorough check of all the vents, the furnace, and air conditioner. We had a Company come out the day before and quoted us $1000 higher than Bryson. We appreciate the genuine care and help that was given to us today. Now Bryson has us as customers for life. He did an amazing job.

Randy did a fantastic job not only was he friendly professional and personable but he saved my family from a very cold winter. No time during his visit here did I feel uncomfortable. Nord any point did Randy make me feel like he was going to overcharge me for any services rendered. He was also very informational he He explained everything as he was doing it and let me know what was wrong and what would have to be done to fix it. He was very friendly to my Two very friendly black labs. And he held no judgment for my slightly messy house. I would 100% recommend these to my friends and family and I would 100% use them again myself.

Randy did a great job of communicating when he was going to come by (at an exact time and not a 2 hour window), diagnosing the issue and explaining it to me in easy terms, and then fixing it the same day. SOS pricing was also about $100 less than Ninja so I'm glad I went with SOS.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are an upfront pricing company. We will always inform you what the job costs before ever starting any kind of work. You will know exactly what will be done for the exact costs. With all duct cleanings We will clean all ducts, all vents, all returns, and all trunk lines as well as add a sanitizer smog on all systems. We will not come into your home and try to up-sale you on additional services or offers. This price is up front guarantee. We do a 21 point furnace inspection with all of our duct cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and they will be treated as every other costumer. Honesty and integrity is what we believe in and treating each and every customer as if they are family. We will show up to your home on time, clean, and ready to work. We may have a few questions about the system or the way it operates, we will ask you to join us for any questions you may have through it all. We will diagnose the problem, do a complete and thorough evaluation of the ENTIRE system, we will build a list of options and on your approval we will complete the job. We bill after services and if need be we offer very competitive financing options.

We both carry many certifications.
