- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the square foot and provide a very upfront breakdown of costs. Materials and labor are always included in the quote. We won't be your most expensive option and we may not be the cheapest; we bid a project at a rate that allows quality work to be peformed for a reasonable price. Feel free to bring another formal bid and we'll do our best to match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tend to over-explain the process. More information is better than less in most cases. We'll come to measure the area, discuss color options and listen for what you want. If you need some guidance in chosing, we're happy to share some design expertise to help you make the best choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with the manufacturer of my products for many years. I provided master certified level training for other contracts, trained for 4 years at the World of Concrete Convention in Las Vegas, have traveled the country helping other contractors fix their mistakes and have conducted training courses around the country as well.
