- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hourly and billed at the end of each month. My service is a full flower bed service. I maintain beds in a way that creates beauty and cuts down on persistent weeds and will need less attention in the future, which will save you money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to conduct a free on-site consultation and analysis. We will walk through the areas you’d like maintained and determine if I’m a good fit. If we decide it is, I will add you to my bi-weekly rotation. I send invoices and the next month’s schedule at the end of each month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Plant Science and Horticulture, 10 years of professional experience, and a current pesticide applicator's license. I’ve worked in water conservation, urban landscape maintenance, and horticulture education programming.
