- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size, style, site conditions, materials, and installation details of each project. Since we build custom timber pergolas, pavilions, gazebos, and outdoor structures, we prefer to review the space first so we can recommend the right design and give an accurate quote. We are not the cheapest option compared to basic kits, but our structures are custom designed, built with quality materials, and made to feel intentional with your home and backyard. We can also provide different options based on your goals, budget, and timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you want your outdoor space to do for you, whether that is more shade, privacy, a covered entertaining area, or a backyard that feels more finished. From there, we review the layout, measurements, sun exposure, views, rooflines, walkways, and how the space will actually be used. Then we help recommend the best structure, size, and placement. Once the design direction is clear, we provide a quote and can help with 3D visuals, fabrication, and installation. Our goal is to make the process simple and help you understand what will work best before you invest in the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience designing, fabricating, and installing custom timber outdoor structures. We specialize in pergolas, pavilions, gazebos, and timber frame designs. We understand how to evaluate backyard layouts, structure placement, shade needs, rooflines, post placement, and overall design flow. We also work with quality materials and detailed fabrication methods to create outdoor structures that are strong, beautiful, and built to fit the home.
