Charlie helped me with a simple project of fencing in my attached patio and talking through another small build job I was hoping to have done at a later date. He was incredibly professional, added his input into my ideas where he saw fit, and got the job done quickly while not compromising on integrity. My cats are now happy and enjoying their enclosed patio and will soon be enjoying a ledge!

I needed some work done at a rental while out of town, and Charlie not only responded almost instantly, but got the work done same day.

Charlie was very responsive and communicative. He thought the project out, and took care of everything needed to make sure things went smoothly. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and was always professional in his conduct and communication.

I was a little nervous being out of state and needing to figure out paying deposit, verifying job completion, etc but he followed through on everything and was very transparent throughout the process.

This was a project we've been trying to complete for some time now (custom window well covers) and he was able to get it done in less than 24 hrs from contact for significantly less money and effort than it would have cost me to go somewhere else.

I will definitely keep his contact info on hand for future handyman services and recommend him to anyone looking!! Was a real lifesaver. Thanks again!

Charlie was quick to reach out to me after I left him a message. He was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He just needs to clarify his pricing of $50 per hr rate and how it works per project (?) before committing to the job. Anyway,
I trusted him and was satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Core Home Solutions's reply
Thank you so much for the review! Unfortunately thumbtack doesn’t allow me to put that I charge per job and not per hour so I took an average for what my typical jobs cost. I do appreciate your business!
