He came to my house and installed a ceiling fan that was in a very high awkward position he stuck to the price I was quoted and I would not hesitate to call him again he did a wonderful job. The fan works great.May 31, 2018Verified
David did a great job. We had an unusual situation with a door and he fixed it without issue. I would recommend him without hesitation and plan to hire him again as need arises.Sep 16, 2019Verified
I had to have a section of my countertop shaved down to accommodate a new oven. I requested the job from Dave, and he responded immediately and was at my condo 30 minutes later. He was extremely professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. He mad sure to drape surrounding area and cleaned up the dust afterwards. I’m extremely happy I went with Stojic Maintenance and will use them again in the future.Jan 18, 2020Verified

Dave did a great job! He did some painting in a very high stairwell, fixed and painted our wall. I was very happy with how thorough he was. Will definitely hire again.Sep 17, 2019Verified

Dave was great. Easy to communicate with and punctual. Fixed my swamp cooler and walked me through his troubleshooting process. Highly recommend.Sep 10, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge 65 dollars per hour for almost all my services, very few require special equipment and may cost a little bit more per hour for maintaining that equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Establishing a relationship with my customers is key. Making sure they feel comfortable hiring me and having me work in/around their home is very important and I strive to keep things lively and fun. No one wants to work with a boring guy! So I have fun doing what I do, and I make sure it’s done exactly the way my customers want it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Several years of hands on training from a general contractor himself. I went to school for hvac and a lot of the training applies with handyman work.
