Pedro was fantastic to work with. We had our upstairs birch hardwood floors (1,121 sq./ft.) sanded and refinished with a more current finish. Given this would displace our family (we have a couple bedrooms upstairs), a timely schedule was important. Pedro would call/text me every morning and outline the schedule for the day, what he would be working on and when he would anticipate wrapping up. He kept to the schedule with no surprises and was transparent every step of the way. Pedro kept an extremely clean work area. Given the sanding of our floors, we anticipated a lot of dust. We experienced very minimal dust and he cleaned up all of his materials every evening prior to leaving. We were extremely impressed with his attention to detail. There were a few occasions were he spent extra time working on an area because he was not please with it or an imperfection in the existing material that he was trying to correct. He provided various options for us to try and match an existing hardwood that was in place (that we liked). Not only did Pedro provide the best value, he was definitely the right choice for the job. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product, the coloring, the finish, Pedro's professionalism, communication and attention to detail. We fully recommend Pedro, without hesitation, to anyone needing a contractor for their hardwood flooring needs.

Pedro did a fantastic job on refinishing our Brazilian cherry floors and stairs. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and a great communicator. I have nothing but praise to give Pedro and his team. From day one, He was incredibly responsive and helpful. We could tell he knew his stuff because he was able to match our original hardwood (installed in the 60’s) perfectly. He was able to source the wood for us for incredibly cheap and worked to make sure the stain was exactly what we wanted. He refinished our whole house for a great price and communicated with us well on expectations. He was able to do a few custom pieces where the floor elevated and a staircap piece as well. He had great recommendations for where pieces of our original hardwood were missing. I was very impressed at how diligently and quickly he was able to get the project done. The results were better than we could have imagined. If you could choose anyone to hire for your wood install/refinishing projects, hire Pedro. He is a craftsman, and cares so much about doing the job right. We loved working with him.

Pedro did a fantastic job bringing our floors to life! They were so outdated and I was really nervous about finding a way to make them look good. Pedro had great suggestions to help us find a low maintenance and beautiful finish for our floors. Very very fair pricing, and fantastic quality!! Pedro was also done in a timely manner. Pedro and his team did a great job, they turned our destroyed floors into something beautiful. No more ugly carpet! He was easy to deal with and let us know costs upfront. The only minor "issue" was they didn't put up drop cloths to prevent dust from getting into other rooms, but it's a small price to pay for a great job they did. Will recommend Pedro 100%
