Let me tell you why I hired Pedro to do my floors: his passion for his work and his incredible work ethic. From the very first phone call, I knew Pedro was the right person for the job. Meeting him in person only confirmed it.In todays world, its rare to find genuinely good people who provide a service many of us cantor dont want todo ourselves. Its even rarer to find someone who works as hard and with as much pride and passion as Pedro does.I absolutely hated my floors and spoke with several flooring contractors about replacing them, but I never moved forward because they made me feel like an inconvenience. Pedro was the complete opposite. He listened, cared, and delivered beyond expectations. Now I love my floors, and I have Pedro and his team to thank for that.You truly couldnt hire a better human being.

Pedro did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors! There was a week long window where the house wasn’t furnished and with short notice he was able to fit me in and completed the job, sanding and coating three times, in only a few days. He always showed up when he said he would and communicated the status along the way. I couldn’t be more happy with the work and service and would recommend Pedro to anyone.

I recently hired Quick Sand Flooring to refinish my hardwood floors including a damaged section we found under the old fireplace and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Pedro was friendly, easy to communicate with, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything and set clear expectations.Throughout the project, Pedro kept me updated every evening on the progress, including what we could and couldnt do with the floors as they cured. His communication and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence in the process.The quality of his work is outstanding. Pedro is meticulous and takes great pride in his craftsmanship. When the project was complete, he sent detailed before-and-after photos that really highlighted the transformation and attention to detail.If youre looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about delivering great results, I highly recommend Pedro and Quick Sand Flooring.
