Honest and trustworthy people! We actually didn't end up having any work or repair done to our foundation because it wasn't necessary, but Grant came out for our free consultation. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. He took measurements, pictures, and was even willing to crawl down in our (not easily accessible) crawl space. BASEco took their time to review the information Grant collected and they were honest with letting us know that everything was fine, and no repairs were needed. SO appreciative of this honest work...can be hard to find these days. This kind of honesty says a lot to me about their company values. Would definitely trust them for a job in the future and would absolutely recommend to family/friends.

Jordan from Baseco came out to find out where water was coming into our basement from. He was very thorough. Instead of charging us, he told us the foundation was great and where he thought the water came from due to pressure. He was right. The city ended up flooding from construction by the house. thank you Baseco for being honest and helpful. I would use them in the future. especially jordan.

We will come out and do free estimates for services we provide.

We can sometimes give quotes from pictures or video for certain issues.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free inspections to homeowners, which includes one of our foundation specialists coming to the home to perform a thorough inspection and evaluation. Written estimates are provided with in one business day. Written inspections for real estate transactions are also available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained. We will work alongside structural engineers as needed.
