24/7 General Solutions is an owner-operated sprinkler and irrigation company serving the Wasatch Front from Lehi to Ogden, including Salt Lake City, West Valley, Sandy, Bountiful, Layton, and Park City. Juan personally handles every job: sprinkler repair, valve and manifold replacement, mainline and pipe leaks, head adjustments, drip irrigation, smart Wi-Fi controller installation, spring start-ups, winterization blowouts, and complete system troubleshooting. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 8 PM. Emergency irrigation calls, such as mainline breaks or valves stuck open, are also answered on Saturdays and Sundays. I was recommended Juan by a friend. I had sprinkler coverage issues resulting in brown spots. Juan was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave me options up front and diagnosed the problem promptly. What impressed me most was his professionalism. He provided a couple different solutions that I could do with varying levels of cost, but he ultimately recommended waiting a few weeks after making some adjustments to nozzles and the sprinkler schedule to see if that fixed the problem before doing more work. I appreciated his conservative approach instead of selling me on more expensive work upfront. I plan to use him again in the future if more problems arise and would recommend him for sprinkler repairs and maintenance.

I’ve used a number of sprinkler repair outfits and Juan has been the best. We had some significant repairs with valves as well as rotors and heads. He explained what the issues were and why they needed to be fixed and how. Very thorough and always asked if I had questions. Kept me updated on progress during the two day job. Finally, pricing was fair. Would highly recommend Juan.

Juan and Nancy are amazing! Juan was responsive and informative and honest! I feel like I got an education on sprinklers in addition to a new sprinkler schedule and sprinkler repairs. Will 100% call him again!

JUAN WAS AMAZING!! I asked him to come over and give me an estimate to fix an existing sprinkler system that I knew was broken but had never used since moving into my house. I basically said I have no idea what’s wrong with it or even where the sprinkler heads are. His team worked so hard, the day after I sent a message on thumbtack and completely fixed everything. My sprinklers work perfectly and are on a timer, and my yard looks great.
