- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very clear to all of our clients. We are very straightforward in our estimates and contracts. We give you a set budget for each particular item so that clients can stay within their original scope of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project requires an individual approach. Typically we advise clients to work with a contractor who employs a “pay as you go” approach to a project. We always require an initial deposit of $2500.00 before project commencement and then have a payment schedule based on payments being received usually every 1-2 weeks as the work is completed. Payment terms are always adjusted to the scope of each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had the most on the job training since doing construction from the age of 10. I’ve studied a lot of resources and have completed schooling for accounting so that I can ensure the scope of the financial aspect of projects is successful just as much as the completion of the work. The state of Utah also requires us to maintain our license with educational courses every two years as well which is very important so that as a professional we can maintain the highest level of knowledge possible.
