Introduction: I provide a well-structured self-defense class based on traditional northern Shaolin Kung Fu techniques. I will also provide a structured workout schedule for you to whip your body into shape, so you can defend yourself from an opposing attacker.
I have taught for the past 8 years under Master Lu, who has been in Salt Lake City, UT for the past 30 years teaching. I'm flexible in the days and hours, and would normally be in the evening with the exception of Saturdays.
I'm also willing to travel to help you obtain your goals.
