- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base rate, and add expenses on top of that (studio space, extra equipment, hair and makeup artist, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I like to talk extensively about the project beforehand, on the phone or in person, if feasible. I want to get a really good idea of what the client wants so I can figure out how best to accomplish that, and I also like them to feel comfortable before we start shooting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college I studied video production and photography. I've learned a ton by myself online as well, and I keep myself up to date because of my interest in the subject.
