I initially booked Jarkins Lux photography for my wedding and paid a deposit through Venmo. Unfortunately, they cancelled about a week before due to illness. While I understand emergencies happen, I did not receive the promised refund of my deposit despite multiple follow-ups over two weeks. I’ve had to file a dispute through Venmo to try to recover my money.
