FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With any product or service, there is a general rule of thumb that you pay for what you get. A lower priced product is usually made of cheaper material, will not last as long and will usually under-perform. A higher priced product is generally of higher quality, will last longer and perform better. Higher priced services are typically related to the expertise, reputation and length of time a professional has been in business. If you are seeking a highly qualified professional with over 30 years experience with a "5 star" reputation, than perhaps I can be of service to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I begin with an intake interview to evaluate the presenting situation in order to understand the challenges and issues at hand. Once this has been accomplished, we proceed to developing a reasonable plan to work toward a positive resolution or outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I engage in continuing education every year. I typically go to the annual American Psychological Association meeting. In addition I attend continuing education through the Utah Psychological Association as well.
