- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $250 per hour for my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first have a 15 to 30 minute conversation with you via telephone to get a feel for your legal issue and give you a few general ideas and options. If you decide you would like my help in resolving your legal issue, we will talk about the potential cost and retainer fee, and I will send you a proposed engagement agreement. The engagement agreement can be viewed and signed electronically. The retainer fee can be paid electronically. Once you and I sign the engagement letter and the retainer fee is paid, I am at that moment your lawyer and will go to work to try to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing law since 2008. The majority of my practice has been spent as a trial attorney. I have handled hundreds of cases, both before and after a lawsuit is filed, for both the plaintiff/prosecution and the defense. I have a juris doctorate degree from the University of Idaho College of Law.
