We did not end up going with a personal chef, but I still highly recommend In Season Private Dining. They worked with me so well to find something that we would enjoy and worked with our budget amazingly. Will definitely go with them for future events!!

I had hired Charlotte for my husband's surprise ( french cuisine)dinner at home for 4. This was my very first time hiring a personal chef. From the start the experience was very professional. She was very flexible , open to ideas and attentive to my needs. I decided to do 3 course dinner. On the day she came an hour before the dinner time. She had done some prep work but finished all the dishes in my kitchen. She was friendly and courteous . In the end she left our kitchen clean with my dishwasher all loaded. Overall hassle free unique experience which my husband and family appreciated. Will be happy to recommend Charlotte to others.

I hired Noah to work on a dinner gathering for friends the day before Thanksgiving. Noah's personal chef services were wonderful and made our dinner a smashing success! He communicated well with me prior to my event and arrived punctually. The dinner menu he established for us was a traditional Southern Thanksgiving dinner, along with braised Korean short ribs. I appreciated that he brought beautiful and aesthetically pleasing serving dishes and dinnerware. He was so patient and flexible with the fact that some of my guests were running late and that our start time moved out to slightly later. Their dinner spread display was very well presented and they did such an impressive, intimate table setting for us. All of the food tasted fresh and was incredibly delicious. We all throughout the night had at least seconds, if not third servings. I think what speaks volumes is the fact that several of my guests stated before the event they typically are not a fan of Thanksgiving staples, but everyone had high praise for the food presented to us. It's so hard to not write an essay on all of the flavorful different dishes we ate that night as something positive could be said about them all! However some standouts for me were the braised Korean short ribs which were so tender and juicy, the cornbread stuffing with bacon which was as decadent and comforting as it sounds, and the raspberry crème brûlée desserts which had great caramelized crunch and smooth, rich texture - the contrast between the slightly tart raspberry and the delightfully sweet custard were a great close to fantastic meal. Lastly, Noah and his coworker to make my life beautifully easy by continually cleaning while working. In fact they left my kitchen and dining space cleaner than when they arrived! They truly went above and beyond. I will certainly keep him in mind for future needs and cannot recommend him enough to any and everyone.
